Refund Policy

At MR Authorized Importer (operated by IBRAHIM TYRE MERCHANT SMC-PRIVATE LIMITED), we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

* Clearance or sale items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest option is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. 
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
